Gwen Hall

Gwen Hall is a top-tier talent management and organizational development leader with over 25 years of operational, strategic planning and execution, talent development, and performance and process improvement experience. Although a professed ‘military brat,’ Gwen considers herself an Alabama native – and a new resident of South Carolina. She is a highly skilled and respected administrator who specializes in individual, team and organizational transformation. She has a B.S. degree in Business Administration – Finance and an M.S. in Organizational Management/Leadership.

Gwen is Director, Talent and Organizational Development for Prisma Health, and is also co-owner of a people and organization transformation business – Strategic Transformation Solutions. where she enjoys a stellar career working with several non-profit organizations and executive leaders. Gwen also holds several certifications and coveted credentials in leadership, strategic planning, facilitation and business, executive and team coaching. Gwen is passionate about helping others soar to their summit.

Personally, she has been married for 27 years to Jarrell, and they are the proud parents of two young men, Ryan and Kyle. Gwen and Jarrell currently reside in the beautiful city of Greenville, South Carolina.
